On a high plateau in the southern Black Forest near the Swiss border, away from busy through roads, lies the 27-hole course of the Obere Alp Golf Club. On a clear day you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Alps. Play a wonderful round of golf and enjoy the unique panorama from the Säntis, Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau to Les Diablerets.
The 18-hole championship course, harmoniously embedded in slightly hilly terrain with no notable differences in altitude, offers multi-faceted fairways. The course, designed by Karl Grohs, with its wide and long fairways, three ponds and 58 bunkers, demands playing ability.
The gold-awarded public 9-hole course is ideal for a quick round of golf, as a training opportunity or for getting started in golf. The course, consisting of par 3 and par 4, offers a challenge for golfers of all levels with its narrow fairways and many bunkers.
The generously equipped driving range with 40 tees, ten of which are covered, pitching, chipping and putting greens as well as three practice bunkers opens up outstanding opportunities for practice on a total of 13000 square metres. The golf school Obere Alp of Dominik Weißer is available for lessons or courses.
The clubhouse with its uncomplicated, relaxed atmosphere is the heart of the Obere Alp Golf Club. With a golf shop, the club secretary, cloakrooms for changing, the caddy hall with 300 boxes and the excellent restaurant with a large terrace and conservatory, it rounds off the offer for members and guests.
